      This online tip form was created to allow the community to submit crime tips to our Problem Oriented Policing program. This form is not meant to report crime in which you are the victim or emergencies. For emergencies, please call 911. Crime reports for non-emergencies should be submitted online at https://humboldtgov.org/FormCenter/Sheriffs-Office-7/Sheriffs-Online-Crime-Report-102 or can be made over the phone by calling (707) 445-7251.
