Online Application and Payment Submittals

You can apply online using the Accela Citizen Access portal at Accela Citizen Access.

Most online application submittals require the supporting application as well as supporting documents to be signed, uploaded and attached prior to submittal. Applications are located at Environmental Health Documents & Forms.

Once we have received your application, we will assign the corresponding fee and email an invoice to the address included on the submittal. Review by the program will occur after receipt of payment.
