Organization Development & Effectiveness (OD&E)

Mission:

The OD&E team is responsible for supporting the Director of Human Resources in accomplishing the Board of Supervisors’ goal of Workforce and Operational Excellence by driving innovation that fosters growth, collaboration, and inclusivity.

Through alignment of people, processes, and systems, we seek to enhance talent development, leadership, and resilience—building a high-performing workforce prepared to meet the evolving needs of our organization and community.
