Humboldt County Libraries bring a world of opportunities to all visitors.
-
Articles & Databases
Use databases for language learning, car repair, job hunting, drivers' education, homework, and more. Online access to full-text articles from magazines, newspapers, and encyclopedias is available free. You will need your library card or account number for most of these if you are not using a library computer.
-
Kids Learning & Homework Help
Children's Learning Databases include online encyclopedias, articles, and facts for kids in grade school and middle school. Some are in Spanish, too! Find a play based on a book, or a video interview with an author. Find an audiobook with a read-along. Explore a favorite interest, or read about both sides of an issue. Support your home school projects with book-related lesson plans. Look for a book at your reading level, and more.
