- Mitchell Rd at Browns Road
- Hookton Rd - between Hwy 101 and Tompkins Hill Rd
- Hookton and Eel River Drive
- Rasmussen Lane

- Port Kenyon at P.M. 2.0 to 3.18
- Mad River Rd - near the boat ramp
- Mattole Rd - 1 lane open due to slide at P.M. 19.7
- Fernbridge Drive
- Old Arcata Road - between Graham Rd and Jacoby Creek Rd
- Howard Heights
- Lewis Ave - between Sea Ave and Bingen Ave
