The Humboldt Housing & Homelessness Coalition (HHHC) will hold three virtual stakeholder meetings to solicit input on what to include in our Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention Program Round 5 (HHAP-5) application and Regionally Coordinated Homelessness Action Plan.
The HHHC invites and encourages active participation of people who are part of the following groups:
- Youth and adults with lived experience of homelessness
- People who are part of populations that are overrepresented in homelessness
- Local department leaders and staff from the cities of Arcata, Blue Lake, Eureka, Ferndale, Fortuna, Rio Dell and Trinidad, including child welfare, health care, behavioral health, justice and education system leaders
- Regional homeless service and housing providers
- Regional Medi-Cal Managed Care Plans contracted with the California Department of Health Care Services
- Street medical providers and other service providers who are directly assisting people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.

The HHHC is a Continuum of Care comprised of several organizations, service providers, developers, government agencies and leaders, faith-based organizations and community members dedicated to ending homelessness.
